Data

  • This export includes all information filled out by users in all forms such as the donation-, create project-, and payment QR code form.
  • Information filled out in the custom fields you have added to your forms can be located here.
  • See who subscribed to your newsletter

Transactions

  • This export includes comprehensive details associated with each individual payment.
  • This includes:
    • Payout information
    • Eligibility for tax receipts
    • The utilized payment method
    • Specific fees related to that payment
  • This export is the best to use for your accountancy.

Users

  • In this export, you can access all personal information about the users who have interacted with your platform and forms.
  • This includes:
    • Personal details
    • Addresses
    • Their latest activity

Projects

  • This export provides information on all projects created by users on your platform.
  • This tab is only visible for Koalect DO clients.
  • This includes:
    • Start and end dates
    • The amount collected
    • Personal information about team members.
