With the offline transactions feature, you can manually add donations to a project page. This is useful when cash donations or contributions collected outside of the platform need to be reflected on a project page.
How to add offline transactions
- Go to MyKoalect → Projects and open the project page you want to add transactions to.
- Click the button in the top right corner of the project page.
- Fill in the donation amount and the donor’s name.
- Repeat this step for each donation you wish to add.
| Tip: If there are many individual donations to process, consider adding a single offline transaction representing the total amount. You can mention in the donor name field that it represents the sum of all collected donations for that project (e.g. “Sum of offline donations – Project X”). |
