In each campaign, there are scheduled automatic mails that are sent out at specific moments during the campaign, to specific recipients.
You can enable or disable these mails based on your preference, which include pre-set default messages that can be personalised to give your campaign a personal touch to make it more engaging.

There are two types of mails:
- Transactional mails: are sent out when users have performed an action on your platform.
- Activation mails: are sent out when a period of time has passed or a milestone has been reached.
