To export the necessary data, start by identifying which type of data export you need. We offer four distinct types of export, each explained in this article.
After determining the most suitable data export, navigate to the corresponding tab in the navigation column. Within this tab, you’ll find all the collected data. Utilize the filter to select data based on criteria such as data, form type, campaign and more.

Once your selection is made, export the filtered data as a CSV file by clicking the ‘Download data’ button located in the top right-corner.

After confirming your download, a secure link will be sent to your email. This added security measure ensures the protection of sensitive data, preventing any potential misuse.
You can locate your export history in the reports tab within the left navigation column.

Note: You can open a .csv file using spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and more. Simply open the application, go to “File”, choose “Open” and select the .csv file.
