Buckaroo
The transaction fees are invoiced separately every trimester by Koalect administration department. In the tab ‘contributions’ there is all the information regarding the donations and the transactions fees:
- bruto donation : the amount the contributor has donated for your organisation
- transaction fee : the fee (inclusive VAT) counted from the donation your organisation will pay
- netto donation : the net amount after the transaction fees are calculated from the bruto donation. Be aware, the netto amount is just an extra information because your organisation will received the bruto amount on the bank account.
The contribution tab provides all the data regarding a donation or a transaction. Within this contribution tab there is a export excel you can download.
Stripe
The transaction fees are withdrawn directly of the donations. In the tab ‘contributions’ there is all the information regarding the donations and the transactions fees:
- bruto donation : the amount the contributor has donated for your organisation
- transaction fee : the fee (inclusive VAT) that is withdrawn from the donation
- netto donation : the net amount after the transaction fees are deducted from the bruto donation. The netto amount of the donation is received on the bank account of the organisation.
