Follow these steps to access the list of subscribers to your newsletter:
- Navigate to MyKoalect: Head to MyKoalect and find the tab DATA in the navigation column on the left side.
- Download the Data Set: Click on the ‘Download data’ button to initiate the download of the dataset. For detailed steps, refer to the instructions here.
- Check the CSV File: Open the CSV file and look for the ‘Info newsletter’ column. A ‘TRUE’ value indicates that the user has provided opt-in consent, allowing you to include them in your future mailings.
