The Multi-currency feature allows your organisation to accept payments and display amounts in multiple currencies on your fundraising platform. This helps you reach international donors by letting them pay in their preferred currency, improving their experience and expanding your donor base.
You can decide which currencies to enable for your organisation and its projects. This allows you to tailor the payment options to your donor base and organisational needs.
To activate multiple currencies, please contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager or the support team and specify which currencies you would like to enable on your platform (EUR, CHF, USD and/or GBP).
