Payouts

Buckaroo

Buckaroo handles one payout per transaction to the bank account of the organisation. This means that an organisation will receive as many payouts as there are transactions.

In the transaction export, in the contributions tab you will find all the information of a transaction:

  • payment method : the method the transaction has been processed
  • bank statement : the communication reference the contributor receives on his bank statement about his donation
  • payout id : the Buckaroo ID for the payout
  • payout arrival date : the date the payout has been processed and available on the bank account of the organisation
  • payout amount : the amount of the donation that has been made on that day (same as the bruto amount)
  • payout bank statement : the communication reference the organisation receives on the payout on his bank account

It takes about 4-5 working days to get a payout on the bank account, but the exact number of days depends on the payment method.

Via the payout bank statement you can follow up which donations belongs to this payout.

Stripe

Stripe handles the payouts to the bank account of the organisation as grouped payouts per day. This means that an organisation will receive one payout of all donations that have been made on one day all together.

In the transactions export, in the contributions tab you will find all the information of a transaction:

  • payment method : the method the transaction has been processed
  • bank statement : the communication reference the contributor receives on his bank statement about his donation
  • payout id : the stripe ID for the payout
  • payout arrival date : the date the payout has been processed and available on the bank account of the organisation.
  • payout amount : the amount of all donations that has been made on that day.
  • payout bank statement : the communication reference the organisation receives on the payout on his bank account.

It takes about 4-5 working days for the money to arrive on the bank account.

Via the payout bank statement you can follow up which donations belongs to this payout.
